Congratulations to our graduate!

The big boy Curtis graduated from Pre-school!  He did so great and we are so proud of the amazing little boy he has become!  He is oh-so-smart, he is on his way to reading and spelling and counts to 30 (only misses a few numbers).  He only has a couple more months at his pre-school then it's off to the big K!  But we are not gonna talk about that yet.  Right now let's just concentrate on how cute this boy is and how awesome it is to be 4 and a half-almost five and how hard it is to keep that dang graduation cap on your head.  

Three months and Happy Mother's Day!

Three months already!  And she gets cuter every day.  We are so lucky to have this little girl in our lives.  She really is the sweetest little baby.  Even when she is screaming her head off mad, she has a pretty good disposition.  And she is getting so big so fast - she's a little bean sprout.  It must be all the milk she drinks, which is still her favorite pastime.  Coming in a close second is keeping her eyes glued on her brother.  Andy and I break our backs and make complete fools out of ourselves to get a smile or a giggle out of her but when Curtis walks by her little face lights up with the cutest gummy smile.  She eats up his silly faces and voices and doesn't mind at all when he smothers her with kisses and hugs.  We will see how long that lasts, but for now, she loves it.  And vice versa too, Curtis always wants her right by him.
This is such a sweet and loving time in our lives.  Betsy is this coo-ey goo-ey snuggle-ey baby and curtis still loves us like crazy.  We really are so blessed to have this little family and Andy and I couldn't be happier.

Heeeeeeeyyy!

Two months

She's two months old.  Betsy Boo - we love you so.

Betsy loves: Her brother, rocking to sleep in the glider, looking at the curtain by her changing table, taking showers, smiling every once in awhile (though she is doing it more and more every day), being held, being in one of our various baby carriers, her daddy's silly voice, the chandelier in our bedroom, to eat, to sleep, and to eat some more, and being really really cute.

Egg Hunt

I got to go to the easter egg hunt at CJ's school today.  The easter bunny came and hid eggs for the kids and everyone got to find two eggs.  (The teachers at the school are pretty brave to give all those kids sugar early in the day!!)

These sweet days of preschool are almost over - we are considering all of our kindergarten options right now.  We can't stop this boy from growing up!  I wish I could hit the pause button.  Everyone says it, but it's true, it goes by so fast. 

I love this silly boy more than he will ever know.
